If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the item. Only items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with all the original tags/protective packaging attached and intact.

All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is obtained by emailing customer service at service@planetpleasinggoods.com. Please let us know the order number, the reason for the return and whether you would like to exchange or return. Once you receive your RMA number, please pack the item(s) securely and ship back via an insured FedEx or UPS shipment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept any returns after 14 days.
